I have just upgraded bioconductor to 3.0 and installed 'annotate' (it came from: http://bioconductor.org/packages/3.0/bioc/bin/macosx/mavericks/contrib/3.1/annotate_1.44.0.tgz).

Installation concluded without error. However:

?blastSequences
No documentation for ‘blastSequences’ in specified packages and libraries:
you could try ‘??blastSequences’

??blastSequences
...lists the function and has the help page available. But (predictably)...

 blastSequences(17702, timeout=40, as="data.frame")
Error: could not find function "blastSequences"

I see that the vignette for annotate ...
  http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/manuals/annotate/man/annotate.pdf

is dated two days ago.

Randomly trying a few functions gives the same behaviour.
What now?

Thanks!
