hello Bioconductorians, I was following a tutorial of www.bioconductor.org when i had read :"to see what percentage of the MM are larger than th PM" mean(mm(rawData) > pm (rawData)) for my experimental design , i have 0.27... hence , if i understand, that means that i have 27% de MM , by consequently that 73% hybridation are specific .....that's all..
