Dear list fellows, I am trying to get an entry to the AnnBuilder package but I am overwhelmed by the multitude of functions offered. If you are using the "affy" package, you probably want: http://www.bioconductor.org/data/cdfenvs/cdfenvs.html But I notice U113b, so if you have the CDF file, you can use the "makecdfenv" package, available on the development package list, http://www.bioconductor.org/repository/devel/package/html/makecdfenv.h tml to construct what you need. best, -tony -- A.J. If you haven't already, look at the three vignettes for AnnBuilder on: http://www.bioconductor.org/viglistingindex.html (the 'Vignettes' link off the main site). That might help answer some of your questions.
