Hello. Can you tell me what is going wrong with my attempts to use getBioC()? Here are the messages. Thanks. kv > getBioC() Running getBioC version 1.2.0 .... This is an outdated version of getBioC. Try downloading the current version from the site: www.bioconductor.org/getBioC.R This should solve your problem, as I believe this was an old bug that was fixed.
