I can't download package http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/2.5/bioc/html/RTools4TB.html. When I started  biocLite("GEOmetadb") in R, programm is trying to download, then it download and install different packages and then "Предупреждение
package ‘RTools4TB’ is not available"

How can I download and install this package? Why it is not avaliable?

The RTools4TB package was removed from Bioconductor during the 2.9 release cycle.

It hasn't been part of Bioc since version 2.9 (based on R-2.14). I have no idea why it is not available in current versions - there can be many reasons for packages to drop out.

If you really want to use the package, the best route is to install R-2.14, and then use biocLite() to install.
