Hi everyone

I'm about to align some reads to a chromosome, i construct all files needed using bowtie and samtools. when i load files into IGV on ubuntu i can't see alignments... and IGV works slowly, but when i use the same files and load them into IGV on mac that works perfect and fast.

what should i do to solve the problem with ubuntu ?

i test it on not 1 ubuntu system but on 4
