Hi everyone,

I'm new to Bioconductor and topGO and am having some trouble interpreting the results I'm getting. Right now I have a table generated using topGO (by entering resultFisher) listing the GO ID, term, annotated, significant, expected, and then the p-values of the classic KS and elimKS. In particular, I was wondering what the annotated/significant/expected columns are referring to? Is there a paper on this that would help me interpret results?
