Dear BioC people, I am doing a project that needs a large Affymetrix time-series data. I know there are a lot of cDNA time-series data but haven't found an ideal Affymetrix one. Could anyone show me where I can download a publicly available Affymetrix time-series data? Many thanks, Frank
