Hello,

I tried to use the SCAN.UPC package method UPCfast to generates an eset for the geo dataset: GSE21610.

eset <- UPCfast("GSE21610")

When I opened the eset I got this result:

ExpressionSet (storageMode: lockedEnvironment)
assayData: 54675 features, 68 samples
  element names: exprs
protocolData: none
phenoData: none
featureData: none
experimentData: use 'experimentData(object)'
Annotation:

There was no phenoData or featureData. Is this normal? I would like to access the phenoData of the eset.

Hi Jo,

Yes, that is expected behavior. Seeing if I can add this information is on my TODO list, but I haven't been able to get to it yet.
