Hello to everyone, 

I have a question regarding vsn normalization.I have use rma to normalize raw data using affy package. When I tried using vsn normalization using vsn2 function in r to normalize my raw data, It displays this error. 

"Error in MatrixFromNChannelSet(x, backgroundsubtract = backgroundsubtract,  : 
  One or more elements of 'foreground' are not contained in 'channelNames(x)'."

I have  a question whether vsn can be used to normalize the cel files of raw data?????

Could you please help me with this situation!!
