confused about bioconductor/release_microarray:3.2 tag

I was surprised running this:

docker run -ti --rm bioconductor/release_microarray:3.2 R -q -e '1'
Bioconductor version 3.1 (BiocInstaller 1.18.3

I was expecting Bioconductor version 3.2.

Is this normal ?

Seems like recent pushes have been failing with a cryptic error. I wonder if this has to do with recent changes to docker hub. I have been on vacation and only glanced at the emails about those changes, will try and figure it out now.
