I wanted to ask about the difference between gene ontology and GO database bioconductor. Specifically, I found the absence of GO terms relationship in Biological Process. For example: GO:00017183 term does not have two of its four parents (GO:00044763 and GO:00044711) or GO:0000022 term does not have the relationship part of with GO:00000278 term. Thank you.
