I was just wondering,

By using centWave as peak detection algorithm I can extract "intb", i.e. the baseline adjusted integrated peak intensity, which I really think is nice. However, as far as I understand, the fillPeaks methods just calculates and returns the "into", i.e. the raw integrated peak intensity. Wouldn't it make sense that the fillPeaks method recognizes whether "intb" is present in the @peaks matrix and if so, also calculates the intb for the filled-in peaks?

Thanks for any input, comments, ideas.

cheers, jo
