Entering edit mode
I am making a complexheatmap and I have some naive questions.How do you change the dimensions of the blocks in the heatmap? I want the heatmap to have small square blocks and not big rectangular ones. Also, how do you change color key and its associated title and legends? Some example with codes will be appreciated.
I can't answer that, but, checkout the aheatmap function from NMF package, I think it is super cool...
