Hi, could somebody direct me to a routine that converts the XML data packages to R data packages? Specifically I am looking for the chromosome location of the genes corresponding to the probe sets in U133B. I can write an XSLT myself but don't want to reinvent the wheel, and the conversion tool I have here (XML Spy) bitches about it being non-valid. Greetings Johannes

You do not to do that as a package for u133b is available now. Just for your information, a function called xml2DataPkg in AnnBuilder does what you want.
