readDGE function does not exist

Seems 'readDGE' function from the package edgeR does not exist any more, but in the manual is still used.

How is that possible?

Make sure you're using the latest version of edgeR and Bioconductor. readDGE exists for me with edgeR version 3.16.3, in BioC 3.4 running on R 3.3.1.

Seems edgeR package was not installed.

readDGE() exists in every version of edgeR.
