Hi, following on from ATpoint's comment, a good place to start to learn is by following the vignettes and workflows that have been written by authors. You will face difficulty when you try to learn everything at the same time, and also face difficulty when you try to apply a new method to your own data, which may be in an atypical format. The workflows and vignettes are like operating manuals.

Please take a look at this, for example: RNA-seq workflow: gene-level exploratory analysis and differential expression

We can also only offer a certain level of help via this forum, which is mainly focused on technical issues pertaining to Bioconductor packages. You may have to accept, at some point, that enrolling in an online course is necessary, or seeking help locally wherever you are based.
