Sir, I'm a beginner in RNA-seq data analysis, I am facing issues in each step and I am quite upset. I was doing Differential gene expression analysis but I can't understand the code after a few steps. Can you guys help me to successfully complete this experiment where I can build proper concept and please provide me the bioconducter code in step by step.

I have three group of sample and total 9 sample each group consist of 3 plant samples. I will be very happy for your kind response.
