BiocManager::install("org.Hs.eg.db") is fine but library("org.Hs.eg.db") goes wrong

hits: package or namespace load failed for ‘org.Hs.eg.db’: $ operator is invalid for atomic vectors

This is an issue with RStudio and the RSQlite packages. You can take a look at Couldn't load org.Hs.eg.db for some suggestions.
