studying periodicity among small number of gene transcripts

Hi I am wondering if I can apply "DiscoRhythm" for a very small number (5-10 ) genes detected by RT-qPCR to get an idea about Rhythmicy. I know the software is designed for large-scale data but still, if there is a possibility for handling small/very small data, I would like to use it.

Yes, DiscoRhythm can be used for matrices of all sizes, as long as each gene/row has enough collected data. The main discoODAs() ("Oscillation Detection") function fits models to each row individually and so there is no requirement for number of rows here.
