How to convert .CEL file to .VCF file?

Hi, all

I'm trying to convert a .CEL file to a .VCF file. I know exist bioconductor packages where I can use affy2vcf command, but its all I know. I still have not been able to insert the .CEL file. Someone can help me?

I don't know of anything within Bioconductor, but after a Google search for affy2vcf (hint), I came upon this github repo.

Thank you! I'd already seen it, but the problem is that I'm using Windows and I think that code is only for Linux. Thanks anyway!
