From this manuscript, "Workflow for Microbiome Data Analysis: from raw reads to community analyses", we are attempting to construct a phylogenetic tree from our data using the instructions listed under the section entitled " Construct phylogenetic tree".

Would it be possible to zoom with someone to get some assistance creating a phylogenetic tree?
