When plotting the Data Track together with GeneReionTrack the yaxis receives a normalized value or is transformed maybe? I can't find any documentation on this and I am looking to display the raw values of the input file .bam or .bw file...

If you can explain how to change this as a scheme that would be very much appreciated.
