UCLouvain invites applications for a tenure-track full-time academic position attached to the Louvain School of Engineering and to the ICTEAM research institute.

The successful candidate will have a recognised expertise in Computer Science applied to the medical domain. More specifically, we seek a candidate who is skilled in one or more of the following research domains, without being exhaustive:

• Medical informatics or bioinformatics ;
• The analysis, management or visualisation of medical and biological data ;
• Software engineering applied to medical and health systems ;
• Ubiquitous computing applied to human health ;
• Managing large scale, heterogeneous, structured and non-structured medical data ;
• The privacy and ethical aspects of medical computing.
