Hello everyone,

I am analysing some mzXML files obtained from a LC-MS run. I need to filter some of the precursor ions and for that I am using the msnBase. I am having difficulty in getting the results as the info of precursor ion intensity is lost. However, when I check the same file in the seeMS software I can see this info. Please, does anyone had the same problem or a hint how I can solve it?
