I have an excel data of @ 350 genes for white and black pigs, and I have the average p_Value and fold change. My boss has asked me to run a statistical analysis of the p_Value, fold change, eventually making a log2 fold change graph that shows which genes are must important for muscle and fat development. I have identified 7 genes for bot the muscle and fat genes that are important in development, and he asked maybe to include 2 more groups so I found 7 genes for the oncogenes and zinc finger proteins. Thus, I have 4 groups, that all have different genes, 28 separate genes, and I need to see which genes are most important for muscle and fat development for further studies.
