That level of information is beyond what recount3 provides. You might find external sources such as https://metasra.biostat.wisc.edu/?species=human&assay=RNA-seq useful. For a given SRA study, expand_sra_attributes() http://research.libd.org/recount3/reference/expand_sra_attributes.html might be useful, but that depends on how the authors of the data described their samples when they uploaded them to SRA.
