Hello,

I was wondering if there was a Decipher trained CO1 classifier that can be used with IdTaxa. I am using the Leray (mlCOIintF/jgHCO2198) primers. I haven't been able to find anything...

There isn't a pre-built database, but you could build your own. The instructions for doing so are here.
