I am new to diffbind and have a question about the GRange report generated from dba.report() function. in the demonstrated report (tamoxifen.DB). why the width of every retrieved differentially bound sites is exactly 400bp difference ? because that happens to my own dataset. is it something to do with the normalization step ?
