I am trying to impute missing data for a data matrix of beta values. I did not use the champ.load command, am not using raw data, and do not want to include a pd file. However, when I use the champ.impute(data) command, I receive a warning message that says: myLoad not found.

I've checked the command with other datasets and it seems to work fine. Any ideas?

Please note that this dataset contains the beta values for about 975 people using EPIC arrays.

Simply use : champ.impute(data,pd=NULL)
