Our lab is looking for a bioinformatician or high throughput data analyst to perform single cell sequencing analysis and integrate it with digital pathology data, clinical categorical data and in some cases genomics data. Furthermore we have a machine learning pipeline for digital pathology analysis that should be improved and maintained.
