I am trying to install edgeR on my M1 Mac, however I got this error:

 unable to load shared object '/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Versions/4.2-arm64/Resources/library/edgeR/libs/edgeR.so':
  dlopen(/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Versions/4.2-arm64/Resources/library/edgeR/libs/edgeR.so, 6): Symbol not found: __ZNKSt3__115basic_stringbufIcNS_11char_traitsIcEENS_9allocatorIcEEE3strEv
  Referenced from: /Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Versions/4.2-arm64/Resources/library/edgeR/libs/edgeR.so (which was built for Mac OS X 13.0)
  Expected in: /usr/lib/libc++.1.dylib

I see that it was built for Mac OS X 13 whereas I have 11.7 installed on my PC.

The problem is I can't upgrade it as the company IT does not allow it. Is there a way to get around this problem? I also tried to find older versions of edgeR, I managed to get 3.19 work but few functions that I need were not introduced in this version, so I think that I need at least 3.32 or higher.
