Alternatives to Voom in experiments without replicate

I don't have replicates for two of the species I'm working on, I can't use Voom as it requires biological replicates. What is the alternative (s)?

There is no analog to voom in the absence of replicates. See the section "What to do if you don't have replicates" in the edgeR User's Guide.
