So I haven't used Bioconductor before, but I am looking for a way to calculate a delta G value and create a diagram of a metabolic map or over several pathways. And ideally something I could adjust with pH and temperature inputs. I was told to look into Bioconductor as possibly being useful for this type of analysis, so if anyone has any advice on how to get started with this type of analysis through Bioconductor, that would be very helpful.
