i have done DE analysis using geo2R of data set which have 24 cel file annotate with ath1121501.db. In ath1121501.db there is no any ath1121501ENTREZID object so wher to i get entrezid for DE gene.
when i take top 20 DE gene for analysis. i have problem in gene set and data preparation. so how can make object to do pathway analysis.
