Hi,

In flowclust you can choose your axes with the subset parameter ie plot(data=x,subset=c("col1","col3")) though this parameter is unrecognized in flowmerge. Is there a way to choose plot axes in flowmerge or do I need to replot in in say ggplot to do so?
