I just installed spiceR, I am trying to use it with RNA-seq data mapped to mm10 genome. I am nto sure if the errors that I am gettin is because mm10 is not supported or soemthing else. Neither prepareCuff or getCDS are working, bot comeback with the error that either function could not be found. I am runnign R v 3.3.1 and in the course of installing spliceR, did an BiocUpgrade.

I have not being able to find that error anywhere. Thanks for any help. Errors below
