Does DESeq2 have a build in function for pathway analysis like Gene Ontology (GO) and KEGG or any pathway?

There are some support posts about using goseq afterwards with DESeq2 results.

Outside of DESeq2 I like ROAST and Camera from limma as gene set methods.
