Hello,
I would like to know which is the meaning of the putput parameters when using mirIntegrator package. The output table contains the following col names:

path.id; names_pathways; totalAcc; totalPert; totalAccNorm; totalPertNorm; pPert; pAcc; pPert.fdr; pAcc.fdr I would like to know what totalAcc and totalPert means and how are they calculated, because I cannot find the explanation in the vignettes. Thank you so much in advance!! Sarai |
