I would like to annotate a list of CNVs that I identified. The list has chromosome, start and end positions.

I would like to get gene name, intron or exon, 5'UTR, 3'UTR, Intergenec region, 5'Flank, if including splice site, lincRNAs, ....all these information for the CNVs in the list.

Which database can I use for this purpose?

The ChipPeakAnno package would be useful.
