Does anyone know if there's a way to run CRISPRseek with the gRNA efficacy scores computed using the updated Doench method?

it has not been implemented in CRISPRseek yet. Do you see big improvement in the efficacy prediction over the original Doench method? Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply, Julie. I haven't compared them both against our data just yet but it would be great to have the option since the authors claim it's an improvement over the previous algorithm.
