Installed ChIPQC r package and I run ChiPQCsample encountered the following error

ChIPQCsample(testSample,peaks=NULL,annotation=NULL)
Bam file has 25 contigs
Error in validObject(.Object) :
invalid class “PhredQuality” object: undefined class for slot "elementMetadata" ("DataTableORNULL")

Please help! Thanks!

I don't think there is anything to do. No session information or any details on file inputs.
