I'm using Windows 7 and I need to install the networkBMA package, but I keep getting this error:

Package which is only available in source form, and may need compilation of C/C++/Fortran: ‘networkBMA’
  These will not be installed

Anyone knows how to help me? I just updated BiocInstaller but it didn't solve the problem.
