 I have used TLDA for miRNA profiling. Now I got a huge amount of data. And I don't know how to analyze those data. If any of you have an idea of how to analyze those data or know any software to analyze those data, I would really appreciate

In general it is better to be explicit about what you have and what you want. For example, you are assuming that everybody knows what TLDA means (or that everybody has l33t google skillz to figure that out). Anyway, it appears that TLDA are just those ABI qPCR cards, in which case I would look at HTqPCR.
