I am a bioinformatics scientists working at Illumina within the Population and Medical Genomics Bioinformatics group.

I write tools to analyse and visualise genomic data from tumour samples and to store associated metadata across different projects.

My interests are in genomics, molecular biology, cancer biology, tumour evolution and reproducible science. I know a thing or two about copy number abnormalities.
