I have many years experience working with researchers from all areas of life sciences to help them get the most out of their next generation sequencing data, whether this be in the form a small scale bespoke analysis to building pipelines to efficiently and reproducibly analyse large datasets. Most of my work has been focused on training, consultancy and bioinformatics support for researchers in different areas of the life sciences.
