Hi,

I have been trying to install DESeq2 v1.35.0 to replicate some data I generated some time ago, but I cannot find this subversion.

BioCv15 has the v1.36, whereas BioCv14 the v1.34. I couldn't find it in the archival either.

Where could I source it?

Thanks

Odd release versions indicate a devel version, which upon release is incremented to the next even version, so you won't be able to find that version directly. You might try install_version from the remotes package, which might work, or you could clone the DESeq2 repo and check out the correct version and then build. Probably the easiest is to use 1.36 because it's what the devel version turned into.

That is not a release (odd 'y' digit). See Bioconductor help pages: https://contributions.bioconductor.org/description.html#description-ver

However, given that it is a 0 in the 'z' digit, it should be identical to the 1.34 release.
