I am looking for the equivalent mouse SNP database package in R, similar to the human SNPlocs.Hsapiens.dbSNP144.GRCh37. I discovered a tutorial (https://rockefelleruniversity.github.io/RU_GenomicVariants/presentations/singlepage/RU_GenomicVariant_session2.html) and wish to apply it to mouse samples. Does anyone know how to do it for mouse?

There isn't (IIRC) an official way to do this, but Herve has a GitHub with a package that you could use if you are willing to put in the work to understand it.
