I have been using TMixClust for gene expression clustering analysis and I've had no problems running the program, but the output plots have traces overlaid that are described in the docs as  "curve values and their confidence intervals." I understand the curve values, but I cannot find anywhere what confidence interval is being plotted. Is it the 95% CI?
