methylSig isn't a Bioconductor package, as far as I can tell. You should contact the authors on their Github repository, there's no guarantee that they're keeping watch here.

really thanks for your reply, i was cuirous about the first error : object 'writeblockto_sink' is not exported by 'namespace:DelayedArray' how to debug this errror? thanks ~
